GCI January 2015 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus 

Welcome to the Global Coherence Initiative’s January 4, 2015 Full Moon (4:54 GMT/UTC) synchronized Care Focus. In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen 4 a.m., 12:00 p.m. (noon), and 8 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT/UTC minus 8 hours) when GCI members in the Global Care Room can do the Care Focus together.* Thank you for being with us.

Let’s start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Global Care Room and radiating love and appreciation to each other.

Even as global tensions modulate through the planet, many people are reporting experiences of much deeper care and more genuine connections with each other. Some distinguish that these feelings are deeper and more grounded than what they usually experience during the holiday and seasonal energies at this time of the year. The GCI staff is also experiencing this. We feel that these deeper perceptions are an indication of increased love from source, which can make it easier for people to practice living more from the heart and progressively release prejudice and separation.

We feel, along with many others, that the desire to live from the heart while increasing our compassion and kindness is an emerging momentum, one that opens new possibilities for creating a heart-based environment for individuals and collective humanity. As we open our hearts to each other and take responsibility for our energies, we increase the aliveness of this momentum.

We can use this auspicious time of the New Year for setting our aim to rally in our hearts and put behind us old feelings and patterns that don’t serve us anymore. Life seems to be nudging us to be more caring and kinder to each other because that’s who we are at the core.

Many people are suffering hardships from the numerous stress points across the planet. This calls for compassion and unconditional love. It’s helpful to hold in our hearts and stream compassion to those who are suffering or feeling hopeless.


Care Focus – Sustaining this New Momentum of Care and Connection

1.Breathe the feeling of appreciation for someone or something you care about. This helps to activate the love in our hearts which strengthens our collective care focus.


2. With heartfelt intention, visualize the sustaining of this building momentum of increased care, kindness and connection that’s developing throughout humanity. (This is important because these practices are action steps that go beyond just praying and waiting for change to happen.)


3.Radiate compassion and unconditional love to all who are feeling hopeless or are suffering from disasters, wars, viruses, extreme weather and other hardships.


4.Close by radiating love and compassion to specific stressful situations that are close to your heart.


After 15 minutes

You can continue to do the Care Focus in the Global Care Room, if convenient, after the full moon period, as this will help raise the vibratory rate of the personal and collective field environment.
